The Temple of Romulus

If it is unclear today to whom the little round temple, known as the Temple of Romulus, was dedicated, then one assumes it was in honour of emperor Maxentius son Valerius Romulus, rather than to the mythical founder of Rome.
Ever since the 6th century the temple has been part of the church Santi Cosma e Damiano.
